When I JUST can’t seem to do it Lord
I know that You can – in me
I thank You that all the things I lack
In YOU, O Lord, I see

As I journey along this heavenly path
No matter what test I face
It’s not about might, nor even power
But patiently running the race

I look at You and it’s possible
New faith begins to rise!
Then I reflect and wonder why
I looked through earthly eyes

Deep down in me, my heart says, “Yes”
When flesh would rather say, “No”
At times You want me, Lord, to wait
When it seems I’m raring to go

I thank You Lord for love that sees
Beyond this fleshly veil
When it seems I can’t, in You I can
Through love that never fails
